أكاديمية الصغار – القوز الأولى - Kids Academy هي حضانة وتعليم مبكر تهدف إلى توفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومحفزة تساعد الأطفال على النمو المتكامل منذ سنواتهم الأولى، تأسست الأكاديمية عام 2011 ومنذ انطلاقها وهي تركز على تنمية الجوانب التعليمية والسلوكية والاجتماعية للطفل من خلال أسلوب التعلم باللعب. تعتمد الحضانة على برامج تعليمية حديثة تجمع بين اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع الاهتمام بالقيم الأخلاقية والهوية الثقافية، كما تحرص أكاديمية الصغار – القوز الأولىعلى تطبيق معايير معتمدة في مجال التعليم المبكر وتوفر رعاية شاملة للأطفال بما في ذلك دعم أصحاب الهمم، في بيئة تراعي الفروق الفردية وتدعم الاستقلالية والثقة بالنفس بما يهيئ الطفل للانتقال السلس إلى المراحل التعليمية التالية.

بيئة تربوية وطنية فريدة للتعليم المبكر.
توفير بيئة تربوية آمنة وداعمة عن طريق اللعب الهادف في دورات تربوية ممتعة باللغتين العربية و الإنكليزية. تعزيز قيمنا الإسلامية وهويتنا العربية في نفوس أطفالنا. التركيز على اللغة العربية لتثبيت وتعزيز هوية الطفل وتأصيل ولائه لوطنه. تأكيد ممارسة كافة بنود حقوق الطفل وحمايته. توفير الراحة النفسية والطمأنينة للأم العاملة تماشياً مع توجهات الدولة.
تهدف أكاديمية الصغار – القوز الأولى الي تقديم منظومة تعليمية متكاملة تضم ستة برامج تربوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، تُعنى بتنمية الطفل في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من جميع الجوانب. تحقيق الترابط بين البرامج التعليمية من خلال أنشطة عملية ووحدات تعليمية وتجارب تفاعلية تخدم أهداف كل برنامج بشكل متكامل. متابعة نمو الأطفال وتقييم مهاراتهم بصورة مستمرة، مع توفير الدعم اللازم لكل طفل وفق احتياجاته الفردية، بما في ذلك الأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الإضافية أو الخاصة. توطيد العلاقة بين الأكاديمية والأسرة والمجتمع المحلي عبر أنشطة مشتركة، ورحلات تعليمية هادفة، وبرامج تفاعلية مخصصة لتعزيز مشاركة الأسرة مثل برامج «أنا وأمي» و«أنا وأسرتي».
