حضانة المستكشفون الصغار Little Explorers Nursery من الحضانات الرائدة والتي تتبع مجموعة سكولارز إنترناشونال وهي مجموعة مدارس مهمة للغاية في دبي، والتي افتتحت منذ أكثر من 45 عام، وتحديدًا في عام 1976م. تسعى لتسهيل وإثراء التعليم المقدم لجميع الأطفال داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، من خلال توفير بيئة داعمة ومعلمون متحمسون، وموارد عالية الجودة بالإضافة إلى مساحات مفتوحة. تعد منارة للتميز وهي حائزة على لقب أفضل روضة أطفال في الشارقة نظرًا لكونها تغرس حب التعليم في الأطفال من خلال مجموعة من التجارب الممتعة.

Honestly, Little Explorers Nursery truly deserves all words of appreciation and praise. From the very first day, you can feel that every child is in safe, caring, and loving hands. Great staff and teachers, my daughter learnt a lot and enjoyed so much. The environment is nurturing and welcoming, and the activities really helped her grow in confidence and skills. I’m very happy with the care and education she received and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

When I first visited the nursery a year ago, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the manager. At the time, I was disappointed that they didn’t offer transportation, as we live a bit far. However, this summer I was determined to enroll my daughter and they truly didn’t let me down. The manager is honest, straightforward, and very transparent with parents, something I didn’t experience in other nurseries. It’s been about a month now, and every time I walk in, it feels like a second home with such positive vibes

From the very beginning, it’s been clear that this isn’t just any nursery – it’s a place where leadership, passion, and care come together to create something truly special. And at the heart of it all is the incredible nursery manager. She leads the nursery with remarkable dedication – managing everything from A to Z with grace, professionalism, and a genuine love for the children. Her presence is felt in every detail, from the warm daily interactions to the seamless organization behind the scenes. You can see how much the staff respect and follow her example, and it creates a nurturing, well-structured environment that gives parents full confidence. What stood out most recently was the astonishing graduation ceremony she organized for the Future Minds class. It was beyond anything we expected – thoughtful, emotional, beautifully executed, and full of joy. Every child was celebrated like a star, and every parent left with full hearts and teary eyes. It was a true reflection of how much love, planning, and vision she pours into the nursery. To any parent searching for a place where their child will be cherished, guided, and prepared for the next chapter – Early Explorers is that place, and the manager is the reason why. We are so thankful to have been part of this chapter and will always remember it with gratitude and admiration.

We’ve had a truly wonderful experience with Early Explorers Nursery. From the moment we first visited, we felt welcomed, reassured, and confident that our child would be in the best hands. The manager Ms.Rafif Saleh, is outstanding—always professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of every child. Her leadership clearly sets the tone for a warm, nurturing, and well-organized environment. Communication with parents is consistent and transparent, which we’ve really appreciated. The entire team of educators and staff are caring, attentive, and incredibly dedicated. They take the time to get to know each child individually, encouraging growth through creative activities, structured learning, and play. We’ve seen such positive development in our child since joining. The nursery itself is clean, safe, and thoughtfully arranged to support learning and exploration. It’s clear that a lot of care and effort goes into every detail. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Early Explorers Nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality early years setting.

Updated Review ‏We are updating our review following recent experiences with the nursery manager. Despite raising multiple concerns on several occasions, the response often focused more on maintaining a friendly tone rather than resolving the issues at hand. ‏However, a recent incident was particularly troubling and cannot be overlooked. After we shared our feedback, the manager ceased all interaction with us and our child. Our son now enters and leaves the nursery without even a greeting from her. On some occasions, she turns her back entirely, which raises serious concerns about professionalism. ‏What’s even more unsettling is the shift in her behavior when other parents are present, which suggests inconsistency in treatment. Most importantly, her cold behavior toward our son in our presence made us feel uneasy and questioned his emotional safety. If this is how she behaves in front of parents, we can’t help but wonder what happens when a child is left alone in her care. ‏We’re grateful this became clear now, giving us time to seek a more supportive environment. For new parents, ‏our advice is: maintain a professional relationship from the outset. Avoid being overly friendly, as even well-intended feedback may be taken personally
