كثير حبيت الأجواء عندهم في الحضانة يستاهلون خمس نجوم وأكثر جربت اكثر عن حضانه مانفعت مع وضع بنتي صار عمرها ٣ سنوات وماكانت تتكلم وقليلة تواصل وعندها تشتت والسبب الايباد ماكنت اعرف من سجلتها في هذه الحضانه الحمدلله بفضل الله خلال فترة قليلة تحسنت كثير وصارت ماتبكي من تسير الحضانه وقل تعلقها فيه وصارت شخصيتها مستقله اكثر عن قبل انصح بهذه الحضانه وبشدة كل الشكر لكادر الموظفين عندهم جدا متعاونيين ولطيفين شكرا لجهودهم المبذولة وللانسة غادة جزيل الشكر تمنياتي لكم بالاستمرار في التوفيق في عملكم

Unfortunately I m very disappointed about this nursery. My son was very excited to join & very happy after few days of joining he hated the place & whenever I take him he will start crying & pushing the miss & saying that he is scared . When I tried to know the reason they didn’t even bother to call me or find out the problem. Very obviously the teacher was rude with him . He went only few days & I didn’t even get the refund as I paid for the full term :(

I attended a two-day trial for my daughter and decided not to enroll her here due to the nursery’s communication and transparency issues. Their policy doesn’t allow parents to view the classes or even briefly observe their child during classes. This means you are expected to leave your child completely out of sight, with staff you do not know yet, and simply trust verbal assurances from them about how your child is doing without any sort of evidence. Policies are understandable, but for a policy like that, instead of compensating with trust-building and some consistent updates, the opposite happened. I was promised photos and updates on both trial days. First day after chasing them for updates, a couple of photos were sent only the next day showing my daughter’s back giving me no real sense of how she was doing. Second day, not even a single one was sent until this day, even after I followed up multiple times. For a parent who is trying to make an informed decision, this was extremely disappointing. The lack of transparency and unreliable communication during the trial made it impossible for me to feel confident about leaving my daughter here, which is why I chose not to enroll her. عرض الترجمة (العربية)
