مكان جميل جداً حاضن للطفل والأجمل الكادر الموجود فيه شكراً لكم فرداً فرداً والإهتمام بطفلي من أول يوم ولاحظت التطور في لغته وتواصله مع أقرانه بشكل مختلف عن السابق شكرا استاذة زينة الجندي الخفي 🫡وشكرا لك استاذة نيكول الحنونة والمساعدة اللي معاها ♥️ شكراً للإدارة وخاصة استاذة كورين ساعدتني في تنظيم جدول طفلي اليومي وأوقات نومه وتغيرت حياتنا بفضل نصائحها والتوجيه والمتابعة شكراً للإهتمام بالأطفال والتعامل الراقي مع أولياء الأمور مع تحياتي ام محمد المنصوري ♥️

My son Farris absolutely loves attending this nursery — he talks about it all the time at home and is always excited to go in the morning. The environment is calm, welcoming, and never overwhelming, which has made his transition surprisingly so smooth. The staff are truly wonderful. A special thank-you to Ms. Kalani, Ms. Donna, and Ms. Shanki for their kindness, patience, and the love they show the children every day. Their dedication really shines through, and it has made such a positive impact on Farris. I also want to extend my gratitude to Marva, for her warm leadership and open communication, and to Neyvette for always being so helpful, supportive, and approachable. Their presence adds so much reassurance and positivity to the overall experience. Communication is excellent, both through the app and directly via WhatsApp, which makes me feel informed and connected to his day. Pick-ups and drop-offs are always warm and friendly, and I feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such caring hands. I genuinely appreciate everything the team does — this nursery has been such a blessing for us.

What a great nursery Step by Step Jumeirah is!! The most attentive staff, welcoming, professional, a place where teachers and teaching assistants really take care of your children. We visited on an Open day when they were having a really good discount, and decided to go for it. After seeing many other nurseries, we felt this was the right one since the moment we entered. It's not a big place, so it gives you that cozy feeling of home. Classrooms are spacious, there is lots of light coming in and we love the outdoor area. Admin staff have been so supportive with us and helped us in the transition process. We are thankful to have our child in such good hands, it's lovely to enter the building and see how everybody knows our kid's name. They really give a personalized attention to everyone, you are not just a number, but a valued parent in the community. I can't recommend enough this place! Keep up the amazing work Step by Stem team!!👏

As a parent, I honestly couldn’t be happier with Step by Step Nursery Jumeirah. From the very first day, I was amazed by how beautiful and welcoming the nursery is. The classrooms are so bright and spacious, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed for the children. I love that they follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum from the UK, which gives me a lot of confidence in the quality of learning. At the same time, they balance it beautifully with Arabic lessons, music classes, and so many enriching activities. There’s even a gym, a lovely outdoor space with bicycles, a big sand area, and a cozy corner where children can sit, read, or simply relax. What truly makes this nursery special, though, is the staff. They are not only highly qualified and professional, but also incredibly attentive, caring, and patient. You can see how much they genuinely love what they do, and how much they care for each child. The relationship between the nursery and families is also outstanding. Communication is always open and clear, and I feel very much included in my child’s learning journey. They even have an app to keep us updated every day. Step by Step Nursery has truly become a second home for my child, and I can see how much joy, confidence, and growth it brings every day. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing, safe, and inspiring place for their little ones.

We recently enrolled our child in the Babies Turtles class, and honestly, we’ve been so impressed with how smooth the transition has been. The staff have been incredibly supportive from the very beginning, helping our little one adjust to a new environment with so much care and patience. Communication has been clear and open, and they’ve taken the time to understand his routine and work around it. It’s been a couple of weeks at the nursery since summer camp started, but we already see how much he enjoys being there. He walks in happy and comes home content—which, as a parent, is the best feeling. What really stands out is how much the team focuses on each child’s development with age-appropriate opportunities and genuine care. As parents, we feel heard and supported; both the teachers and the management are approachable, understanding, and truly invested. The hygiene and safety standards are top-notch, giving us peace of mind every day. For any family moving to Dubai, I can confidently say your child will be in safe and loving hands here. A big thank you to the amazing staff for making life easier and more comforting for working parents like us!

We couldn’t be happier with this nursery! Everyone is so kind and caring. Our daughter (about 20 months old) adapted very quickly, even though we had just moved from Europe before she started at Step by Step. I was worried about her having to adjust to a completely new environment and language, but everything went so smoothly. It’s such a joy to see her happy and thriving every day. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Step by Step Nursery enough! From the moment my child started, I was impressed with the warm and welcoming environment. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to each child's development. The activities are engaging and educational, fostering creativity and social skills. The facility is spotless, safe, and filled with stimulating resources. It's clear that the team truly cares about nurturing each child's individual needs. My little one loves going to nursery every day, and I feel confident knowing they are in such good hands. Step By Step Nursery has been wonderful—welcoming, warm, clean, and well-lit. We enrolled our one-year-old in the summer camp and seamlessly transitioned her to a full-time routine in the Turtles class. From day one, every member of the team has greeted us with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. They know our daughter by name, answer all our questions, and do everything possible to help her settle, which puts us completely at ease as parents. The staff including the Nursery manager, Ms. Marva and her team are always around for any questions that new parents may have and have shared their insight and offered their advice which has been quite helpful. Our heartfelt thanks go to Ms. Arlice and Ms. Mercedes (Ms. Mercy) in the Turtles class. They consistently go out of their way to learn our baby’s routine and follow it. On the occasions she’s a little unsettled, they take the time to comfort her and soon have her smiling again—the daily photos speak for themselves. We’re immensely grateful for the kind, empathetic care our child receives every day. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I think the bar has been set quite high from a childcare perspective by Step By Step, particularly by Ms. Arlice and her team. Thank you so much, Step By Step!

My son is enjoying his first months at the nursery and we’ve been seeing much progress in his social and emotional development since he joined!
