I’m so happy with my son’s progress since joining the nursery. He has shown such wonderful improvement and has become more confident and independent each day. The environment is warm, safe, and nurturing he always feels happy and excited to go to the nursery. My son Viktor absolutely adores her, and I can see how much he has grown in her class — emotionally, academically, and socially. With their support, he has become more confident, social, and excited to learn new things. It's my daughter's nursery since she was 1.6 years old! Love the administration, the staff, the teachers especially Ms Josaline & Ms Nadine and the whole atmosphere. They always listen to our suggestions and concerns, super helpful and sweet to the kids. Highly recommended.

Our first year at Redwood was wonderful, but the second year has been disappointing due to frequent staff changes, which have disrupted stability for the children. The new management seems disengaged and unresponsive to parents’ concerns, with little focus on learning outcomes or educational structure. Instead, the emphasis appears to be on administrative matters like payments and CCTV, which are less important to us than our child’s development. We’ve also noticed changes in staffing that raise some concerns about consistency and experience within the team.

Subject: Disappointment in Changes to Nursery’s Approach I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent changes in how the nursery engages with families and the community. Under the previous management, the nursery was a welcoming and nurturing environment, not just for children but for families as a whole. Sadly, this sense of connection seems to have diminished under the new leadership. The shift in focus from building relationships to prioritizing rules and rigid policies is concerning. It feels as though the unique, community-oriented spirit that once made this nursery special has been replaced with a more detached and transactional approach. This has been noticeable not only among parents but also in the atmosphere among staff. It’s clear that the dedicated employees are affected by these changes, and this impacts the overall environment for the children as well. As a parent, it’s disheartening to see such a stark change in an institution that I once trusted wholeheartedly to prioritize families and community values. The nursery’s role should extend beyond care—it should foster connections, mutual support, and collaboration. I urge the management to reflect on these concerns and consider the impact this shift is having on children, families, and staff. Restoring the focus on relationships and community engagement could go a long way in rebuilding trust and morale. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as it comes from a place of genuine care and concern for the well-being of everyone involved.

Had an amazing experience with this branch. I wanted to enroll my 3 year old daughter somewhere she felt safe and comfortable enough to freely express herself. She was in Miss Aisha’s class bluebells and it was the best. Miss Aisha and her team are extraordinary, they helped her a lot in improving her communication skills and taught her how to co-play. She has definitely left a positive mark on my daughter! The activities they do throughout the year are also very engaging for the kids. The facility is also well equipped and well maintained. I highly recommend it!!!

My daughter joined the nursery last September, in less than 3 weeks she settled perfectly and start her new journey in this beautiful place , they are very caring, professional and helpful. The outdoor garden is very nice and the kids are enjoying the playing and planting in the warm winter . Big thanks to my daughter teacher Ms. Sara for her caring , kindness and professionalism.
