Application Steps:
1. Online Application
- Fill out the online application form.
- Submit required documents.
- Apply for the appropriate grade level according to the age schedule.
2. Required Documents:
a. Student Documents:
- Copy of the most recent school report for the current academic year and final report from the previous year (if applicable).
- Recommendation form from current school or nursery (sent confidentially to the admissions registrar).
- Recommendation letter for Pre-KG through Grade 1.
- Recommendation letter for Grade 2 through Grade 11.
- Transfer letter (if the student is coming from outside the UAE) or transfer certificate (if from another emirate within the UAE).
- Medical form.
- Responsibility letter.
- Parent-school agreement.
- 3 passport-sized photographs.
- Copy of valid passport and UAE ID.
- Copy of birth certificate and vaccination records.
b. Parent Documents:

c. Documents Required for ADEK eSIS Registration:
- For birth certificates: attestation from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Embassy in the country of origin is required.
- For transfer letters: attestation from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Embassy in the country of origin is required.
- Exemption from attestation requirements: applies only to schools in North America, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
3. Assessment:
- For Grades 1-12: test in English, Mathematics, and Arabic.
- For Pre-KG, KG1, and KG2: invitation to play days to familiarize with the school and meet early years teachers.
4. Acceptance Letter: After completing the child's assessment, the parent will receive an acceptance letter or be informed of the next steps.
Policy for Admitting Students with Special Needs:
- The senior management team, along with the admissions office and educational support coordinator, studies each child's needs and available resources.
- Acceptance/non-acceptance is determined on a case-by-case basis.
- All supporting documents, reports, interviews, and medical or academic assessments are reviewed.
- Warning: If any information is withheld or there is a lack of transparency, the senior management team may decide to reject the application immediately.
Re-admission Requirements:
- Fee Settlement: Parents with outstanding fees must settle all pending dues first.
- Return Confirmation: Return intent must be confirmed on specified dates and re-registration fees paid on time, otherwise the student will be placed on the waiting list.
- Waiting List: When the school reaches maximum capacity, applicants are placed on a waiting list (reviewed monthly before the start of the academic year).
- Policy Compliance: Re-admission may be denied in the following cases:
- Chronic absence or continuous tardiness that hinders learning.
- Inappropriate behavior that negatively affects other students.
- Abusive or intimidating behavior from parents toward staff (reported to ADEK).
