At Al-Adwa Private School, admission and enrollment are non-discriminatory and open to all students regardless of race, gender, religion, physical ability, or national or ethnic origin. All students are accepted according to seat availability and academic performance. Once students are successfully enrolled/re-enrolled, the school assigns them to classes based on pre-established criteria. Please note that according to school policy, requests from parents to transfer their children to other classes after this initial distribution are not permitted.

A. Requirements for Students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 Applying for the First Time

Students are admitted according to the school's approved admission policy in compliance with ADEK regulations for private schools and the Electronic Student Information System (eSIS) registration requirements.

• Registration in accordance with circulars issued by ADEK. • Contact the Admission and Registration Office for inquiries. • Placement tests (English, Mathematics, Arabic) begin in February. • Results are available two working days after the test date. • The school contacts parents to inform them of the results. • Students applying for grades 10 to 12 who pass the test are called for a personal interview. • Final acceptance depends on the decision of the interview committee. • In case of acceptance, visit the Admission and Accounting Office to complete registration procedures and pay tuition fees.

B. Requirements for Admission to KG1 and KG2 According to ADEK Regulations:

• Kindergarten 1 (KG1) - The child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st. • Kindergarten 2 (KG2) - The child must be 5 years old by September 1st.

Children for KG1 and KG2 are admitted without interviews or any form of assessment.

C. Required Documents - Must be submitted via email/Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp

• Copy of student's passport with valid visa (for expatriates). • Copy of father and mother's passports with valid visa (for expatriates). • Copy of birth certificate. • Copy of vaccination card. • One ID-sized photograph. • Copy of Khulasat Al-Qaid (for UAE nationals only). • Copy of report card from previous school (for grades 1 to 12). • Emirates ID card.

All students coming from abroad are required to present attested copies from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in their country and the UAE Embassy in Abu Dhabi for the following documents:

D. Inclusion Policy:

A. Enrollment of Emirati Students • Priority in seats is given to Emirati national students.

B. Enrollment of Students of Determination (Students with Special Disabilities or Learning Difficulties)
