Interview and student placement tests:
- The school conducts assessments, interviews, and placement tests to provide appropriate educational support for students.
- The school conducts placement tests for Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 students in the following subjects (Arabic, Mathematics, English). If the student's level is good, they are placed with grade-level students. If the student needs support, they are placed with grade-level students with a remedial plan, and questions are prepared by specialized teachers in each subject.
- The school conducts placement tests for Cycle 3 students in case of curriculum change for students transferring from an alternative educational method and those who have been out of school for more than two years.
- Conducting an interview with students with special educational needs to provide appropriate educational and psychological support. If the school is unable to provide the required support for some students with special educational needs, the school commits to officially notifying the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) accordingly.
- Conducting an oral interview for students of all levels from KG1 to Grade 12 to get to know the student's personality.

- Academic certificate for students coming from outside the country certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UAE Embassy.
- Academic certificate for students coming from a private or government school.
- Academic record for students coming from different foreign curricula.
- Academic sequence certificate for students coming from government schools or educational company schools.
- Recent medical report for the student, if they are a person of determination, with medical recommendations and a referral to special education if necessary to follow up on the student's condition.
- Completion of the student's health information form.
- New students must be registered in the student information system.
- The guardian of a student transferring from outside the UAE who does not have an Emirati ID is required to sign a pledge to provide the ID by the end of the semester in which registration took place. The school also reserves the right to cancel registration if inaccurate data or documents are provided.
Admission age according to Ministry of Education decisions:
- The student's age in KG1 must be 4 years.
- The student's age in KG2 must be 5 years.
- The student's age in Grade 1 must be from 6 to 8 years.
Tuition fees are paid by personal attendance at the school, or by bank transfer to the school's account. Payment can also be made via bank cards at the school.
