Alphabet Street Nursery is an international nursery in Dubai established in 2001, offering a safe and welcoming educational environment for children from two months old until pre-school years. The nursery is accredited and follows the British EYFS curriculum with a strong focus on learning through play and meeting each child's needs individually. Its services include children's transportation and multiple developmental activities, and it features spacious facilities and indoor and outdoor play areas that help develop children's social and cognitive skills.

The nursery accepts children according to the following age groups:

  • Infants: from two months to 12 months.
  • Toddlers: from 12 to 24 months.
  • Nursery: from two to three years.
  • Foundation Stage (FS1): 3 years and above.

First Step for Registration and Admission: Parents should visit Alphabet Street Nursery with their child for an informal meeting.

Second Step: Registration Parents receive the registration form and submit it with the non-refundable registration fee of AED 1000. This secures the child's seat for only two weeks (other fees can be paid upon completion of registration).

Third Step: Waiting List In case of joining the waiting list, a deposit of AED 1000 must be submitted with the waiting list form or registration form.

Fourth Step: Registration Process Forms After confirming the child's acceptance at the nursery, the following documents must be submitted:-

  • Full term fees and post-dated cheques for remaining term fees for the academic year.
  • Registration form.
  • Child information form.
  • Three passport-size photographs.
  • Medical form.
  • Copy of passport including residence visa.
  • Copy of child's birth certificate.
  • Copy of vaccination card.
  • Transportation consent form.
  • Nursery agreement.
  • Media use authorization and consent.
  • Fee policy agreement.

Important Notes

  • Registration and medical examination fees are non-refundable.
  • No refund or discount is granted for children who are absent for any reason during the term or leave before its end.
  • Medical examination fees are paid annually at the beginning of each academic year and are non-refundable.
  • ASN institution requires all fees to be paid in full two weeks before the start date of classes.
  • Late payment puts the child at risk of losing their place at the nursery.

For children under three years old

  • This framework highlights the relationship between growth, learning, development, and the environment in which children are cared for.
  • It focuses on four fundamental aspects: the strong child, the skillful communicator, the competent learner, and the healthy child.

For children over three years old

Focuses on learning through play and enabling the child to build positive relationships and develop their personality. The EYFS curriculum divides learning at this stage into 7 areas:-
