Key Admission Procedures for New Students

• Complete the application form at the school
• Submit a copy of your child's passport, a copy of the UAE identity card for both parents, and the most recent school report or letter (To Whom It May Concern) from your child's current school
• Upon receiving the application form, your son/daughter will be invited for an admission test and interview. Pre-KG, KG1, and KG2 children will be invited to the school with their parents for an informal interview
• Any student applying for Grade 1 and above will be invited for computerized exams and interviews
• The Registration Department, in collaboration with the senior leadership team, will review and evaluate applications throughout the academic year on a case-by-case basis. Admission depends on availability in school/class reports for each grade and the results of the admission test/CAT4 test (Cognitive Abilities). All other registration and administrative requirements remain the same as in other academic stages and as mentioned above. If your application is accepted and your child secures a seat, you will be notified by phone or email and invited to complete the remaining admission procedures

To facilitate your child's admission with the Sharjah Private Education Council, we request that you provide the required documents at the time of admission to accompany the completed application form.

The following documents will be required to secure a place for your child and must be received within one week of the offer of placement:

• Copy of the student's most recent grade report or "Letter of Continued Studies" from the student's current school
• Copy of the student's, father's, and mother's passports with valid residence visa (for expatriates)
• Original UAE identity card for the student and a copy
• Copy of UAE identity card for both parents
• Copy of the student's birth certificate
• Copy of the family book (for UAE applicants only)
