Admission and registration requirements at Belvedere International Nursery:

  • The application form must be completed, and contact the admissions office to arrange an initial meeting or virtual or field tour.
  • Required documents include: a recent photo of the child, a copy of the child's passport, the child's residence permit, the child's birth certificate, a copy of parents' ID, and possibly academic reports if available.
  • The child's vaccination record and medical data (such as allergies or health conditions) must be submitted as part of the mandatory medical file.
  • Conduct an introductory interview or entrance assessment for the child to determine their suitability for the nursery.
  • Accepting the offer requires completing an acceptance form and parents signing the registration terms and school policy.
  • The minimum age for registration in FS2 (pre-kindergarten stage) is 3.8 years on September 1 according to the admission policy.
  • The school does not exclude students with special needs: it provides support for students with "Special Educational Needs and Disabilities" according to its capacity.

  • Recent passport photo of the student × 1 (white background).
  • Copy of the student's residence visa (not required for GCC students).
  • Copy of the student's Emirates ID (both sides).
  • Copy of the student's birth certificate (certified, and if in English, translated into Arabic).
  • Copy of the student's previous school report for the past two years (not required for FS2 stage).
  • Copy of father's passport.
  • Copy of father's residence visa (not required for GCC nationals).
  • Copy of father's Emirates ID (both sides).
  • Copy of mother's passport.
  • Copy of mother's residence visa (not required for GCC nationals).
  • Copy of mother's Emirates ID (both sides).

Note: If residence visas and Emirates IDs are being issued, please obtain a letter from the sponsor on official letterhead clarifying this.

Fee payment methods at Belvedere International Nursery:

  • Fees can be paid online using the "Online Fee Payment" page on the school website.
  • Payment can also be made in cash or by bank check, or in person at the school.

Fees are paid in 3 installments, and if payment is delayed or full fees are not paid, the school may withhold some documents such as student transfer certificates until dues are settled.

Belvedere International Nursery adopts the internationally recognized British curriculum for the Early Years Framework, designed for children from birth to 5 years old. A set of organized indicators is applied for each age group, based on early learning goals in each area of learning, to assess the child and enhance their educational experience weekly. Children undergo continuous assessment according to these age-appropriate indicators throughout their time at the nursery, with the aim of individually monitoring their progress and measuring their achievement level.

Personal, Social and Emotional Development: Focuses on building relationships, self-confidence, managing feelings and behavior, acquiring independence skills, teamwork, healthy habits, and the ability to concentrate.

Physical Development: Enhances fine and gross motor skills, balance and coordination, sports and artistic activities, while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Communication and Language: Focuses on listening, comprehension, and speaking skills, developing vocabulary and grammar. The nursery includes multilingual support (English – French – Arabic), in addition to developing thinking and innovation skills.

Literacy (Reading and Writing): Includes linking letters to sounds, and beginning to read and write using programs such as Jolly Phonics and Oxford Reading Tree, with support for stories, dramatic activities, early writing, and technical means.
