Children are not allowed to enter the nursery in the following cases:

• Fever of 38°C or higher
• Rash (with or without fever)
• Diarrhea/vomiting
• Breathing difficulties or persistent cough
• Conjunctivitis or eye infection
• Any child with an infectious condition requiring antibiotics must stay home for the first 48 hours after starting the antibiotic course and will not be admitted to the nursery during this period

If a child becomes ill while at the nursery, parents will be contacted and must pick them up within one hour.

Children should not return to the nursery until 24 hours have passed after all symptoms have disappeared. The nursery nurse takes students' temperatures every morning and throughout the day. According to ministry guidelines, any child with a temperature exceeding 38°C will be sent home.
