To enroll in Bright Future Private School, several steps must be followed, including the following:

Step 1

Parents/guardians must fill out the application form available on the school's website and submit it to the registration office.

Step 2

Application fees must be paid, which include a level assessment interview for kindergarten and grades 1 and 2, and an admission test for grades 1 to 6, to help the school understand your child's needs and starting point in learning. These fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Step 3

To reserve a seat for your child at the school, please pay a non-refundable admission fee of 10% of the total tuition fees. This amount is non-refundable and is added to the first installment of the academic year.

Step 4

All supporting documents must be submitted to the school registrar.

After reserving a seat for the child, it is the parent's responsibility to provide all necessary supporting documents to the school to complete the application process.

Completed and signed initial application form.

Application fees.

4 passport photos - please print the student's name clearly on the back of the photos.

Copy of student's passport and residence visa.

Copy of both parents'/guardian's passport and residence visa.

Copy of the student's and parent's/guardian's UAE ID card - front and back.

Copy of the student's birth certificate.

Copy of the most recent school report, on official school letterhead, signed and stamped (from grade 2 onwards).

Copy of any diagnostic test or educational assessment (if available).

Any psychological assessments (if available).

When applying, all mentioned documents must be submitted to the Bright Future Private School registrar, and all school records issued in a foreign language must be officially translated and certified.

Bright Future Private School follows all strict precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of students within the school campus, through the following:

All those assigned health and safety responsibilities are provided with adequate training and support to enable the achievement of related objectives and goals.

Conducting and regularly reviewing risk assessments to identify appropriate and practical solutions to reduce risks.

Communicating and consulting with the principal and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) regarding matters affecting health and safety.

Encouraging staff to identify and report hazards so the school can contribute to improving safety.

Having emergency procedures in all locations to deal with health and safety issues.

Maintaining school buildings and providing and maintaining safe facilities and equipment.

All staff complete annual fire safety awareness training.

Communicating fire safety information related to fire reporting, alarm activation, and evacuation to all students, contractors, and visitors.

Completing fire evacuation drills during the school day at least every term.

Providing specific evacuation plans for those who need additional assistance with evacuation, such as those with physical disabilities or other special needs.

Annual visits and inspections are conducted by the Ajman Civil Defense.

The school also includes two equipped clinics, each with a part-time doctor and full-time nurse, all registered and licensed by the Ministry of Health. They strive to work in partnership with our parents to achieve the goals outlined in the health and safety policy, and among the most important specializations of the clinic are the following:

The clinic team provides first aid to sick and injured students during school hours and refers students for follow-up with a doctor or to emergency services (if necessary).

Providing an inhaler and oxygen device in the clinic, which helps provide an appropriate medical response for first aid.
