To enroll in the academy, follow these steps:

Step One: Application Form

You can submit an enrollment application online by filling out the application form available on the academy's website.

Step Two: Documentation

Please submit supporting documents for your child's application via email or in person. Required documents include:

• Child's most recent school report
• Clear colored photograph of the child
• Clear colored copy of the child's, mother's, and father's visas
• Clear colored copy of the child's, mother's, and father's Emirates ID cards
• Clear colored copy of the child's, mother's, and father's passports

If you do not have any of the above documents yet, please upload a note indicating pending documents, allowing you to proceed from application to submission.

Step Three: Book Your Entry Appointment with the Admissions Department

Once you submit your application online, the admissions department will contact you within 1-2 school days to arrange your child's entry appointment or inform you of the next step.

• Year 2 to Year 13: Assessment appointments for the CAT4 test are held on Tuesdays at 9:00 AM on campus, or online on Mondays at 12:00 PM UAE time for applicants from outside the country. The application also includes written work and an interview with the head of school.
• Year 1: Individual admissions sessions with pre-prep teachers for our Year 1 applicants are held at 8:50 AM - 9:20 AM on Thursdays at the school site.
• Nursery to FS2: Play sessions are held on campus on Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 2:20 PM.

Video submission for observations can be arranged for any pre-prep applicants from outside the country.

Step Four: Offer Letters and Decisions

At the end of your child's CAT4 exam week or play session, the decision will be sent to you via email on Friday of that week. Please make sure to check your spam folder, in addition to your main inbox, to avoid missing any correspondence from the admissions department.
