Registration Steps

1. Registration is done through the online application.
2. Please visit our school, bringing the above-mentioned documents and the student inquiry identification number.
3. Once registered, the applicant will be placed on the waiting list and will be called for an assessment, depending on space availability.
4. All admissions will be confirmed based on the child's assessment results.

• FS 1 - FS 2

Visit the school with the student's documents after completing the online inquiry.

• Year 1 - Year 11
• Visit the school, bringing the student's documents after completing the electronic inquiry. Submission of the final/semester report and a letter of recommendation is required for admission from Year 1 to Year 11.
• An entrance exam date will be scheduled for Years 1 to 11 after the registration process is complete.
• Year 12
• The specific application form must be submitted to the Post-Secondary Admissions Department.
• The form is submitted at the time of registration.Required Documents After Offer Confirmation

• Copy of the student's passport with a valid UAE residency visa.
• Copy of the student's birth certificate (in Arabic or English).
• Copy of the student's Emirates ID (both sides).
• Copy of both parents' Emirates ID (both sides), passport, and visa.
• Copy of the final school report for all children joining Year 1 and above (in English).
• Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (only after admission confirmation):
• a) In case of transfer from other Emirates, the transfer certificate must be attested by the Educational Authority in the respective Emirate.
• b) In case of transfer from outside the UAE, excluding the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, European countries, and New Zealand, the transfer certificate must be attested by:
• (1) The Directorate of Education/Ministry of Education (from the country of migration)
• (2) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (from the country of migration) and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• (3) The UAE Embassy/Consulate (from the country of migration).
• Application fee payment receipt of 525 AED (non-refundable in case of offer rejection / non-transferable).
• Copy of the Vaccination Card/Health Card.
• 10% of the tuition fee is paid at the time of enrollment.

Post-16 Admission (Year 12 & 13)

• Students must achieve at least 5 grades from A* to C in IGCSE/GCSE to enroll in the Post-16 program. The admission requirements can be viewed in the online Post-16 Options booklet.
• To apply for a place in the Post-16 stage, please follow these procedures:
• Download the application form from the Post-Secondary Options Booklet (2025-2026), Post-Secondary Curriculum Guide (2025-2026), and Post-Secondary Application Form (2025-2026).
• Print the relevant Post-16 application form and fill it out with as much detail as possible.
• Attach a copy of one Letter of Recommendation from your school commenting on your academic and pastoral performance.
• Attach a copy of your predicted grades if you have not yet completed your IGCSE/GCSE certification.
• After completing the above steps, please submit all required paperwork to the School Management team, including the standard Cambridge International School enrollment form (e-registration), in addition to the required documents and fees.
• The school will then review the application and invite eligible students for an interview.

Cambridge International School offers several different methods for fee payment, including bank transfers, cash payment, or through electronic payment methods, and payment can be made using credit cards.
