Frequently asked questions

Research indicates that 90% of a child's brain development occurs before the age of five, making it essential for the child to be in an environment that allows them to expand their horizons under the best care and supervision. Therefore, choosing the right place for a child's formative years becomes critically important due to its long-term impact on raising a lifelong enthusiastic learner.

At Cambridgeshire Nursery, we offer enjoyable educational activities for children, focusing on personal care and emotional consideration. We believe that we are first caregivers and second an educational institution. We take pride in providing unique care for each child based on their individual needs, and this principle forms the basis of all our interactions with children.

Our educational philosophy focuses on care and individual growth for each child, as every child is unique. Since children are at the core of our work, even the smallest matters related to them are subject to direct management monitoring. Our qualified team's passion for child development is complemented by regular training programs on the most important aspects of child management, learning, and development. At Cambridgeshire Nursery, we strive to make children happy and help them become better citizens and future leaders of a better society, always pursuing this goal with constant clarity.

Our spacious, bright, and carefully planned campus includes an ideal environment for your child to launch and learn. We follow the British Early Years Framework curriculum in conjunction with Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences, taking time to observe each child's abilities and provide education and care appropriate to their individual needs.

Our nursery opens its doors on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. To keep learning enjoyable and active throughout the year, we offer exciting holiday camp programs during school breaks and year-round daycare services.

    Educational Programs at Cambridgeshire Nursery:

Our programs are designed to meet the essential aspects of children's growth at various stages of early years. We welcome children from age one to four years, grouped with children in the same age group. After completing the programs, children are ready to move to the next level of growth and learning and are qualified to enroll in formal schools with different curricula.

First Steps (From One Year and Above) First Steps halls are prepared with utmost care for children who have begun standing on their feet, providing large support equipment and soft, comfortable spaces for growth. In these halls, we begin a gentle routine that helps children recognize care patterns such as mealtimes and rest. We focus on using visual aids, interactive songs, and poems to support children in pronouncing their first words, while encouraging independence, challenges, friendships, and self-discovery. The hall is led by the nursery's head nurse, and a carefully selected and trained team works to provide the best care for children, with daily communication with parents to monitor child development and enhance play and learning experiences.

Nursery (2 to 3 Years) At Cambridgeshire Nursery, we recognize that young children can be very possessive. Using guidance, patience, and answering questions, the nursery unit teams encourage children to explore risks in a safe environment, use their imagination and bodies to build and create, and learn through play. The team focuses on providing comfort and emotion, building relationships, and enhancing the child's sense of pride and self-confidence, quietly increasing self-esteem. The halls are managed under the supervision of the nursery unit supervisor, and a carefully selected team works to provide high-quality care, with daily communication with parents to monitor children's small achievements.

Foundation Stage (3 to 4 Years) The Foundation Stage provides an opportunity for children to develop their personalities and preferences within a clear routine and flexible boundaries. Activities are designed to stimulate and develop knowledge, considering the child's interests and strengths. The Foundation Stage team respects children, gives them time to think and make choices, and enhances learning through play. The Foundation Stage provides a strong foundation for personal, social, and emotional skills to support children when starting school. A strict 1:8 supervision ratio ensures each teacher monitors only 8 children daily, with daily communication with parents to monitor progress step by step.

Holiday Camps During early years, it's important that learning doesn't stop. Camps are designed to introduce children to various topics that increase their understanding of the environment and the world around them, with a balanced mix of play, fun, and learning. Camps are divided into weekly themes that parents can choose as needed. Camps help working parents continue their duties without worrying about their children's learning and creative development.

Daycare Daycare programs provide children with a safe and comfortable environment after school hours, with organized activities and play spaces under close supervision, in addition to nap times, snacks, and garden play (weather permitting). Daycare at our nursery is like "another home," where teachers and assistants care for children throughout the workday, with the nurse present to ensure quality care. Different daycare shift options can be chosen as needed.

Yes, Cambridgeshire Nursery in Dubai is co-educational (Co-Ed), meaning it accepts children of both genders (boys and girls) within the same classes and programs.

In our nursery, we have created a natural, calm, and warm learning and play environment that provides a sense of belonging and comfort for children. The place is characterized by natural lighting throughout the day, making it bright and positive and enhancing children's desire to learn.

Base Rooms: We provide children with a clean, bright, and clutter-free space to explore learning freely at their own pace, under the supervision of vigilant teachers. The halls are designed to stimulate children's senses without exhausting them, while providing opportunities for movement and activity that develops muscles and bones during active learning.

Indoor Play-gym: The indoor play hall is children's favorite place, where they can move their bodies, stretch, and dance, enhancing their gross motor and social skills and giving them a sense of happiness and emotional comfort.

Outdoor Campus: The outdoors provides children with an opportunity to interact with nature and observe changes around them. The nursery garden is a place for singing, movement, play, exploration, and touching, benefiting from fresh air and sunshine that support health and develop imagination and creativity.

Central Area: An open and informal space that allows children to interact with different toys, unleash their imagination, relax, or play with friends freely.

Waterplay and Sand Play Areas: Separate areas have been designated for sand play year-round, and water play areas during summer, to provide a comprehensive play experience that combines fun and learning.

Art and Sensory Zones: We provide children with dedicated spaces to unleash their creativity through drawing and coloring, music, and dance. We also support their comprehensive learning through sensory exercises in special sensory rooms.

All these facilities create a unique environment where children love to spend their time, combining learning, play, and comprehensive growth.
