About Dibber Damac Hills Mudon Nursery
Dipper Early Childhood Center - Modon is a globally leading company in education and the primary education provider in Scandinavian and Nordic countries. It was founded in Norway in 2003 by Hans Jacob Sundby and Randi Lovland, two passionate teachers. They opened their first kindergarten in Kristiansand, Norway in 2003, and today they own approximately 600 kindergartens and schools around the world. The group welcomes 50,000 children daily. In 2023, with the opening of two new nurseries in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, and in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi, bringing the total to 6 nurseries welcoming over 600 children in the United Arab Emirates.

When the first kindergarten opened in Norway in 2003, our founders, Hans Jacob and Randi Sundby, had a vision to develop and manage nurseries where children feel valued. The first nursery started with fifty students and fifteen teachers, adopting a holistic approach to early childhood education. At Dibber, children can become the best version of themselves through fun learning, interaction, and mastery. In this first kindergarten, the holistic approach to early childhood education began to be implemented, affirming that everyone has value.
We nurture lifelong learners with hearts that love the world. At Dibber, we realize that for children to enjoy learning, it must become part of their lives. An organized environment alone cannot achieve this successfully, therefore, it becomes necessary for them to learn from their surroundings as well. In addition to acquiring knowledge, we wish for our children to be kind and compassionate toward every person and everything around them.

Our son has been attending Dibber Nursery for almost a year and its been great from the baby to the toddler class. He absolutely loves going every day! We’ve seen so much growth in his learning, confidence, and social skills. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring, they truly give personal attention to each child. From the receptionist to the teachers and assistants, everyone makes you feel welcomed and supported. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery for him, and this is especially after we chose for Dibber after comparing it to the other nursery option within the community. Dibber exceeded the child-friendly standards on every aspect, from indoor and outdoor space to the staff friendliness and welcoming approach.

Wonderful nursery with a child-first, play-based approach. They take excellent care of the children, and cater to their individual needs so compassionately. They helped my son come out of his shell and fall in love with the classroom. I also love that they work closely with the parents to align on support for the child at home if needed. Shout out to Miss Farah & Miss Nada who are exceptional!! And also Miss Jona, Miss Sharuda, Miss Adele, Miss Whitney… honestly the whole staff is so caring and kind. From the greetings at reception to the welcome into the classroom, to caring for the kids when they’re sick or just moody - all round wonderful & joyous place! Highly recommend Dibber Damac Hills Mudon Nursery to anyone looking for a place that feels like a happy home for your child.

Great nursery - classes are spacious with outdoor play areas where kids can play and explore. Soft play area inside and huge inner garden with the bicycle, slides etc. Teachers are very caring and always making sure that kids are happy. What I really like that my kid is always involved in different activities, it helps his development so much. We are on a second year with Dibber, and that was a great choice!

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 13 months old. All the teachers and assistants have been so wonderful, and so caring towards my little one. Every teacher he has had have helped him grow into the little man he is today and without their support and efforts he wouldn’t be who he is today. A bright and curious boy. His current teacher for KG1 (Ms. Farah) has been an absolute gem and a heart of gold. The care and attention she has towards the kids, and most importantly the lessons being taught have been exceptional. Thank you teachers and assistants for all your hard work and efforts.
