To enroll at Dwight School Dubai, you must follow these steps:

Step One

Begin the application process by completing the online registration application form.

Step Two

To complete the application process, a fee of AED 525 (non-refundable, non-transferable, or discountable) must be paid in addition to the documents required to be submitted in the initial registration phase, which include:

• A copy of the student's passport.
• Academic progress reports for the past two years must be submitted, including the current semester report. Progress reports must be in English. Reports requiring translation must be stamped and signed as official translations.
• We request that the teacher at the child's current school or nursery complete a recommendation form. Please ensure the teacher uses their official school or nursery email address when completing the electronic recommendation form.
• A copy of recent CAT4 standardized assessment results (if available).
• Reports on any previously identified special educational needs, including Individual Education Plans (IEP/ILPs), and reports from educational psychologists or therapists.

Documents Required After Student Acceptance and Registration:

• A copy of the student's Emirates ID card (both sides).
• A copy of the student's UAE visa.
• A copy of the student's birth certificate.
• A copy of the parent's Emirates ID card (both sides).
• A copy of the parent's UAE visa and passport.
• One photo of the father/mother/guardian.
• A copy of the family book (for Emirates nationals only).
• A copy of the student's vaccination record/card.
• Transfer certificate.

Transfer Certificate

Based on the school's location (not the curriculum), the following authentication is required:

• United States, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand: School stamp and signature only.
• GCC countries: School stamp and signature and Ministry of Education in the GCC country.
• All other countries: School stamp and signature, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country, and UAE Embassy in that country.
• A copy of the family book (Emirates nationals).

Step Three

An appointment will be scheduled for student assessment upon application submission. This assessment aims to determine the student's readiness to join Dwight School Dubai and whether they need additional support in English or any additional educational support.

Note: If the student is outside the country and unable to attend the assessment in person, we will conduct the process remotely.

Conditional acceptance may be granted based on previous reports and recommendations from previous schools. However, the student will be required to complete the assessment once they move to the UAE.

Step Four

Once the assessment is complete, the student's file is sent to the admissions committee for review, and the family will be informed of the decision within one week.

Students accepted at Dwight School Dubai must pay a registration fee of AED 6,000 within 5 days of the acceptance letter date to confirm their seat reservations.

These fees are non-refundable and can be deducted from the first semester fees. First semester fees are due before the first day of school.
