To enroll at East Point Indian International School, registration forms must be submitted to the office within the specified deadline. Everyone is required to follow the necessary procedures to make the registration valid, which include the following:

  • Children wishing to be admitted to KG1 class must complete 4 years of age on or before March 31 of that year.
  • The minimum age for KG2 stage is 5 years as of March 31.
  • The child must have a valid residence permit and Emirates ID card. The child must be present at admission.
  • The child's original birth certificate (duly attested) and original passport with a valid visa must be submitted at the time of admission.
  • All students must learn all subjects/languages specified by the Board of Education and the Ministry of Education, Ajman, UAE.
  • Parents of children with special educational needs (SEN), if any, must bear the costs of providing additional support for the children.
  • The transfer process must be completed in the first month of the academic year if the school from which the student comes follows the same curriculum.
  • Students transferred from outside the country must be registered in their current school and must not have been absent for more than a month.

Documents for student transfer:

  • Success certificate/final result for the last grade (except for admission to kindergarten and first grade).
  • Transfer documents for students applying for registration during the academic year (original).
  • Applicant's birth certificate in English/Arabic.
  • Immunization certificate.
  • Applicant's valid passport.
  • Valid residence visa.
  • Emirates ID.
  • Copy of sponsor's valid passport with visa.
  • Recent passport-size photograph of the applicant (5 photos).

For students from India:

  • The transfer certificate must be verified by the Education Office in the region/district/area from which the transfer certificate was obtained.
  • The stamp and signature of the education official must be attested by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah, UAE.
  • For students coming from Gulf countries other than the UAE and Oman, the transfer certificate must be authenticated by the Ministry of Education in that country.

  • Students have the right to privacy and confidentiality.
  • Parents or guardians are notified of any suspected deviation from normal and usual health discovered as a result of screening tests (for example: vision screening or health examination).
  • Medication is given after obtaining parental/guardian consent.

The school also allocates air-conditioned school buses to transport students safely. The most important safety rules to follow when using transportation include:

  • Children must board and exit the bus only at officially designated points.
  • Changing boarding or exit points is not allowed except after obtaining prior written permission.
  • Parents are requested to bring their children to the boarding point on time and be present at the exit point to ensure their safety.
  • When boarding the bus, please ensure that your child does not move toward the bus until it comes to a complete stop.
