GEMS Founders School Al Mizhar has specific registration procedures:

Step 1 - Online Application

Step 2 - Registration

- Parents must pay an admission fee (excluding VAT), either online or in cash at the school

Step 3 - Assessment

• Your child will be invited by the school's student registration officer for an assessment or interview (if necessary and possible)
• The invitation will be received via email or phone
• Assessment results will be received via email or phone

Step 4 - Enrollment

- The student registration officer sends messages to inform successful applicants of their acceptance (depending on available spaces)

Step 5 - Registration Deposit

• This deposit is paid after a place is offered to the student and parents accept the offer
• It amounts to 10% of the total tuition fees and is deducted from the total fees for the desired academic year
• This deposit is non-refundable

Once the above procedures are completed, the student is officially registered at our school. The Finance Department will notify parents via email regarding the tuition fee payment schedule.

• Passport (copies of child's, father's, and mother's passports)
• Residence visa page (copies of child's, father's, and mother's visas)
• Copy of child's birth certificate (in English or Arabic)
• Recent photos of the child in official passport photo dimensions
• Copies of the two most recent school reports (in English) for your child if entering Grade 1 or 2
• School reports for the past two years and cognitive abilities test report if entering Grade 3 or above
• Nursery report cards (if available) for children enrolled in Foundation Stages 1 and 2
• Medical and therapeutic report valid for 6 months if the child has special educational needs
• Copy of child's vaccination/immunization record
• Copy of front and back of Emirates ID cards for child, father, and mother
• Original Emirates ID for child and parents (required if child is accepted at GEMS Founders Al Mizhar)
• Transfer certificate or school leaving certificate from previous school (original required on or before child's first day at school if accepted at GEMS Founders Al Mizhar)
