The school has a specialized admissions team to make the admission process smooth and easy. Applications can be submitted online through the school's website and a school tour can be booked.
After applying, the parent will receive a confirmation email containing their inquiry number. The child will be invited to the school for an interview or assessment, and results will be communicated via phone or email.
After that, a registration deposit of 5% of the total tuition fees for the academic year must be paid, which is non-refundable.
Required documents for application:
- Passport (copies for child, father, and mother).
- Residence visa page (copies for child, father, and mother)
- Copy of your child's birth certificate (in English or Arabic)
- Recent passport-sized photos of your child.
- Copies of the last two school reports for all children entering Year 1 and Year 2 (in English).
- School reports for the last two academic years and CAT 4 report for children entering Year 3 and above.
- Nursery report cards, if available, for children entering FS1 and FS2.
- Medical report and therapeutic report valid for 6 months, if your child has special educational needs.
- Copy of child's vaccination/immunization card.
- UAE ID card front and back (copies for child, father, and mother).
- Original UAE ID card for child and parents.
- Transfer certificate or leaving certificate from previous schools.
Tuition fees are paid in advance before attendance and are assessed according to the fee structure established by GEMS Education Group and approved by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education.
Parents can use the GEMS World credit card to pay annual tuition fees in advance and save up to 4.25%, in addition to receiving a 10% refund on the child's educational expenses, and much more.
