Accepted age for enrollment: From 12 months to 4 years old.
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the following criteria may also be taken into consideration:
- Siblings currently enrolled at the nursery.
- Child's age.
- Duration on the waiting list.
- Proximity of residence to the nursery.
- Ability to accommodate any specific additional needs within capacity.
Children with specified additional learning difficulties will not be refused admission if the nursery is able to support them. Applications requiring special arrangements will be referred to the nursery director for review, and documentation must be submitted in accordance with ADEK guidelines for additional learning difficulties. If accommodation is not possible, formal notice will be provided to ADEK.
In cases where available places are limited, priority may be given to siblings of currently enrolled children and families residing near the nursery. Returning children are re-registered on a term basis, with parents notified before each term to confirm continuation and settle associated fees.
Upon confirmation of place availability, all enrolled children are registered in the ADEK eSIS system. Additionally, the following documents must be submitted in paper copies:
- Completed registration form.
- Medical questionnaire and consent form.
- (5) passport-sized photographs of the child.
- (2) copies of the child's passport and visa.
- (2) copies of parents' passports and visas.
- (2) copies of the child's birth certificate.
- (1) copy of the UAE ID for the child and both parents.
- (1) copy of the child's vaccination card. Children lacking complete vaccination records will be accepted temporarily provided all required vaccinations are completed during the enrollment year. Cases of parents refusing vaccinations must be referred to ADEK and the Department of Health.
- Photography consent form.
- Disclosures about allergies, diet, or medical conditions.
- Authorization form for child pickup and drop-off.
- Any existing educational or medical reports for children with additional learning difficulties.
The detailed fee structure is shared:
- During the tour/registration as a paper copy or electronic copy via email/WhatsApp.
- Attached to the parent handbook upon registration.
- Paper copies available upon request from the nursery reception desk.
- Registration fee is paid once with the first invoice and is non-refundable. (Cost of "Greenopia bag" is included and not charged separately.)
- Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed registration form, supporting documents, registration fee, and full settlement of first term fees.
- Tuition fees are paid before the start of each term via check, cash, or bank transfer.
- Invoices are issued three weeks before the start of each term, and fees must be fully settled before the new term begins.
- Late payments of more than two weeks from the start of the term are subject to a 10% late fee.
Failure to settle payments may result in termination of the child's place without the right to refund
- 10% discount applies if full academic year fees are paid in advance.
- Sibling discount: 5% for the second child, 10% for additional siblings.
- Only one discount path can be applied per child per academic year (Fazaa/ADNOC family benefits count as one path).
The nursery adopts a globally accredited curriculum inspired by Reggio Emilia with a balanced bilingual program (Arabic/English), with diverse topics suited to children's interests to develop literacy skills, build basic mathematical concepts, enhance language and memory, and develop creativity and fine motor skills.

- 3 nursery classrooms and 3 preschool classrooms with exceptional names inspired by nature.

- All playground equipment and classroom furniture from suppliers with PEFC certification: they plant one tree for every tree cut, so the nursery was keen to purchase equipment from Finland as it is plastic-free and made from natural materials and fibers.
