Registration is completed electronically by accurately entering the required information in the registration form, along with copies of the following documents:</p><ul><li>A copy of the child's Emirates ID or passport.</li><li>A copy of the child's birth certificate.</li><li>A copy of the child's vaccination certificate.</li><li>A copy of the child's medical certificate and report from a pediatrician (indicating the child's general health condition).</li><li>A copy of the parent/guardian's Emirates ID.</li><li>A copy of the Emirates ID or passport of persons authorized to pick up the child.</li><li>An ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company) utility bill.</li></ul>
