Since its establishment, Liwa International School for Girls has evolved to serve students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12.

The school follows a philosophy of providing students with high-quality international education with a strong focus on promoting respect for national identity and cultures.

The main focus of Liwa International School for Girls is on fostering curiosity, as well as providing distinguished international education that inspires students to become self-disciplined global citizens and independent lifelong learners with the ability to lead and think creatively and critically, all within a supportive and safe learning environment that provides artistic facilities and additional activities to explore technology and arts.

The fully digital school, which falls under the umbrella of Liwa Education Group, has developed strong community relationships over the years to produce a group of global citizens and responsible young women.

Liwa International School for Girls continues to grow strongly; today it comprises approximately 800 students from 14 different nationalities and about 70 teachers from around the world, and the school intends to further develop and raise standards for its educational community in the coming years.

Admission Requirements Eligibility is based on the regulations of the Department of Education and Knowledge - Abu Dhabi, which determines the minimum age for admission.

Students wishing to enroll in Pre-Kindergarten should complete three years of age by August 31 or before. Similarly, students enrolling in Kindergarten 1 should complete four years of age by August 31 or before.

  • Copy of applicant's UAE ID card (front and back) - Please note that according to Department of Education and Knowledge - Abu Dhabi regulations, applications without a UAE national ID card will not be accepted

  • Complete family book copy (for UAE nationals only)
  • Copy of final report card or most recent report if unavailable at time of admission
  • Official certified transfer certificate if the student is transferring from a government school within Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, or if transferring from any school in other Emirates
  • Copy of electricity or water bill to clarify residence address in the country
  • First-time applicants (Kindergarten or Grade 1) must provide the school registration office with the student's and parent's UAE ID card
