Admission Requirements:

  • The birth date of a child applying for KG-1 must be between 01/04/2021 and 31/03/2022.
  • The minimum age for KG-2 applicants is 5 years as of March 31, 2026.
  • The child must have a valid residence visa and Emirates ID, and must be present in person at the time of admission.
  • Original attested birth certificate, original passport, and Emirates ID must be brought at the time of admission.
  • All students must study the subjects and languages specified by the Education Board, the Ministry of Education, and the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).
  • Parents of students of determination or those with learning difficulties must submit the necessary documents to provide appropriate support.

Selection Process and Timeline:

  • Applicants for KG classes are selected through a lottery.
  • Students for Grade 1 and above are selected based on assessment tests.
  • No reassessment is conducted.
  • Admission dates will be announced via the school website, and selected parents and students must attend at the specified time with required documents.
  • Candidates on the waiting list will be contacted if seats become available after completing the main list.
  • Please follow updates through the school website; inquiries regarding ranking or number of vacant seats will not be answered.

Admission is canceled in the following cases:

  • Non-attendance on the specified admission day.
  • Missing or incorrect documents or non-compliance with registration data.
  • Non-payment of fees within two days of receiving the admission offer.

Important Notes:

  • Registration is not available for Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12.
  • When applying for staff children or siblings, the correct admission type must be selected and the registration number or employee code must be entered accurately.
  • A valid Gmail address must be used to receive the acknowledgment message.
  • Any attempt to fill more than one registration form for a single child will result in exclusion from admission.

  • Tuition fees are paid according to a three-term plan or a 10-month plan.
  • Standard payment dates are the 10th of each month.
  • Payment methods include: cash, electronic payment (via Skiply or bank transfer), and post-dated checks payable to "Model Private School".
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring timely fee payment.

Nursery (Pre-KG – KG2)
