• All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. This is only to ensure your application is not rejected.
• Parents applying for registration of two or more children must use their login credentials, ID, and password in the required fields at the bottom of the application form, which were obtained from the first application. This will enable the school to identify siblings.
• School staff must ensure they enter the employee ID number and password in the required fields at the bottom of the application form.
• Our system will automatically reject incomplete forms.
• Make sure the name and date of birth match what is stated in the passport.
• All data mentioned in the registration form must be correct. Any discrepancy in the registration form will result in the student's exclusion from admission.
• Registration confirmation is not admission confirmation.
• Student admission is subject to the approval of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority.
• Registration fees will be non-refundable in case of admission cancellation or non-attendance, at the start of the academic year or when the fee payment date arrives, if the parent does not notify the school in writing before the official fee payment dates.

Documents and Papers Required After Completing the Online Application Form:

• Color copy of the first page, back page, and visa page of the child's passport.
• Color copy of the child's valid UAE ID card.
• Color copy of the child's birth certificate.
• If the student was born in the UAE or any GCC country, the birth certificate issued by a government department in that country is valid and does not need to be attested.
• If the student was born in India and their birth certificate is in English, it must be attested by the UAE Embassy/Consulate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai.
• If the student was born in India and the birth certificate is not in English, the birth certificate must be translated by a legal translator certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai.
• Color copy of the latest school report (except for KG1).
• Copy of vaccination record.
• Copy of valid health insurance card.
• Six passport-sized photos.
• Transfer certificate.

School Admission Requirements

• A completion certificate is not required for admission to KG1 if the child is enrolling at the beginning of the academic year.
• Students coming from India must have their transfer certificates attested by the education officer in the state/district/region from which the certificate was issued. The stamp and signature of the education officer must be verified by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• If the student is transferred locally within Dubai, the student's KHDA number from the previous school must be provided.
• For students coming from emirates other than Dubai, the transfer certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education in that emirate.
• For students coming from GCC countries, the transfer certificate/school leaving certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education.

Pearl Wisdom School accepts payment in cash, check, or credit card, and payment can be completed in person at the school's accounts office or through the parents' electronic portal. In addition, tuition fees can also be paid via bank transfer directly to the school's account (available upon request).
