- Student transfer certificate between educational zones in the country (certified by the zone transferred from).
- Certified student transfer certificate from outside the country (from the Ministry of Education/Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in the country transferred from).
- Student success certificate in all cases.
- Valid student passport with a copy.
- Valid student residence permit with a copy.
- Guardian's passport with a copy.
- Student's birth certificate with a copy.
- Student and guardian's ID card with a copy.
- 4 recent colored passport-size photos of the student.
- Student's medical file.
Tuition Fee Payment Method
Tuition fees for the new academic year are paid in three installments.
Registration fee of 500 dirhams, plus books (optional), deducted in cash from the first installment.
Note:
- Registration applications are not accepted without completing all required documents and paying the first installment of tuition fees.
- For students coming from outside the country, registration applications are only approved after Sharjah Education Authority approval.
Private National Schools LLC fees are paid by cash transfer only through Emirates Islamic Bank, and the transfer receipt is sent to the email with the full name of the guardian and students mentioned.
