- Copy of the student's birth certificate.
- Copy of the student's vaccination card.
- 7 passport photos of the student.
- School leaving certificate and last school report certified by the educational zone (for transfers from government schools).
- Transfer certificates as applicable and last school report. All these documents must be certified by (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassy or Consulate of the UAE in the country where the documents were issued) (for transfers from outside the UAE).
Tuition fees at Providence English Private School are paid in four installments: the first installment (in cash) + 3 post-dated cheques.
