Admission Process at Ryan International School:

To register at one of Ryan International Schools through the online inquiry form, please ensure all required information is available before starting to fill out the form, including passport and visa information for the applying student. Please note that submitting an online inquiry does not guarantee the student's acceptance at the applied school.

Step 1: Click on the inquiry form. The first screen requires selecting the "Inquire Now" option, entering the parent's mobile number, date of birth, academic year, and grade from available menus.

Step 2: The form then requires entering passport data, visa, UAE ID, and residential address for the student and both parents. It is preferable to fill in as much data as possible to ensure effective communication between you and the school.

Step 3: Upon completion, you will receive an email containing registration confirmation.

List of Required Documents:

  • Copy of the student's passport (first page and last page)
  • Valid visa page for the student stamped inside the passport
  • Copy of the student's UAE ID (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Copy of vaccination records
  • Copy of birth certificate in English
  • Original Transfer Certificate (except KG1)
  • Transfer certificate and final transcript must be attested by the local education office in India, Indian Consulate in Dubai, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah
  • Two passport-size photos with white background
  • Copies of passports, valid visa pages, and UAE IDs for both parents

For students coming from India: Transfer certificate and results issued from outside the UAE must be attested by the education office in India or relevant authority, Indian Consulate in Dubai, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah. New KG1, KG2, and Grade 1 students must submit these documents if accepted after the first term.

For students coming from other Gulf countries besides UAE: Transfer certificate and result must be attested by the Ministry of Education in that country, its embassy in the UAE, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sharjah.

For students coming from within UAE: Original school transfer certificate/leaving certificate (in Arabic) from the previous school must be submitted, attested by the Ministry of Education, in addition to the previous grade result.

Direct transfer to grades 10 and 12 will not be accepted. Admissions depend on seat availability and passing the school's assessment.

Early Childhood Stage – Foundation Stage

Kindergarten (KG1 and KG2)

Our primary goal in kindergarten years is to support our young students in developing their cognitive and motor skills, along with developing multiple intelligences according to Howard Gardner's theory.
