Admission

Eligible Age for Admission:

  • Junior KG (Jr.KG) – 3 years and 8 months
  • Senior KG (Sr.KG) – 4 years and 8 months
  • Grade 1 – 5 years and 8 months

Required Documents for Admission:

  • UAE Emirates ID card for the student (original and copy from both sides)
  • Copy of student's passport with valid residence visa
  • Three passport-size photographs of the student
  • Original birth certificate and copy, attested by Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangladesh, and UAE Embassy in Bangladesh (for children born in Bangladesh). The original copy is returned the same day after review
  • Copies of birth certificate (for children born in the UAE)
  • Transfer certificate attested by the Education Office in the area, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangladesh, and UAE Embassy in Bangladesh
  • Previous academic year's grade report
  • Copy of father's passport with valid residence visa
  • All documents must be submitted in paper and electronic copies
  • All students must complete required documents within 15 days from the date of admission, otherwise admission is automatically canceled

How to Apply

Students in Jr.KG, Sr.KG, and Grade 1:

An interview is conducted for the child to verify the following:

  • Jr.KG: No admission test; age only is considered
  • Sr.KG: Student must know shapes, colors, letters, and numbers from 1 to 50 (in both English and Bengali)
  • Grade 1: Student must be able to read simple sentences in English and Bengali, understand simple verbal math problems, know numbers from 1 to 100, addition and subtraction, in addition to having appropriate communication and behavior skills

Students from Grade 2 to Grade 12:

  • Admission test, and appropriate age is considered
  • Parents must personally come to the school to express their desire to register their son/daughter
  • Transfer certificate and previous grade report must be submitted, in addition to all other required admission documents
  • All students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 are required to learn Arabic according to UAE laws
  • All students from Grade 4 to Grade 9 are required to learn UAE Social Studies according to laws
  • Islamic Studies is a mandatory subject for all Muslim students
