- The child must be at least 4 to 5 years old for kindergarten and 6 years old for first grade as of August 31
- Attach copies of the student's and parents' passports
- Submit a copy of the student's and parents' visa for expatriates, and family book for UAE citizens
- Attach copies of the UAE identity card for both parents and the student in the same photo
- Submit a transcript of grades for the previous academic year, the year before it, and the current year as well (this is done at the time of application from second to twelfth grade)
- Provide a personal photo of the student in JPEG format
- Attach the vaccination card for kindergarten students
- Provide a transfer certificate from the previous school if the student was transferred
- Attach the student's medical file
