1- Pre-registration

When admissions open, the admissions director will assist parents in filling out the pre-registration form, attaching a colored copy of the UAE ID card or passport for their children. The pre-registration form will be available on the website and at the school admissions office during January. A placement test and curriculum appointment will be scheduled for parents wishing to register.

2- Placement Test

After completing the pre-registration process, a date and time for the admission test will be scheduled for parents and the child. The department head, deputy, and class teacher are allowed to attend the test. This test will assess each student's skill level based on their age and appropriate academic qualifications, according to the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge guidelines.

Parents will be informed later of the results regardless of whether the child passes the test or not. Students registered in grades one through eight will undergo written tests in English, Urdu, and Mathematics.

Admission for grades one through eight will be considered after obtaining at least 40% of marks in the above-mentioned subjects.

A written test will be conducted for students registered in grade nine in English, Urdu, Science, and Mathematics.

Admission to the science stream for grade nine will be considered after obtaining at least 50% of marks in the above-mentioned subjects.

Admission to the humanities/arts stream in grade nine will be considered after obtaining at least 40% of marks in the above-mentioned subjects.

3- Results Announcement

Successful candidates are accepted after fully completing the admission form and submitting required documents according to the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) guidelines and electronic Student Information System (e-SIS) requirements. Parents are required to pay the first installment of tuition fees upon admission. Paid tuition fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the administration decides otherwise based on the cancellation reason.
