بصراحة التجربة في الحضانة كانت محبطة جدًا بسبب تعامل المديرة مع الأهل. الأسلوب كان يفتقد للاحترام والتقدير، ونتمنى ان يتم تحسين طريقة التواصل والاحترام المتبادل بين الإدارة والأهالي، لأن هذا أساس أي مكان تربوي ناجح.
