الحضانة لا يُعلى عليها من تعليم اكاديمي و تعامل من المعلمة واهتمامهم بملاحظات ولي الامر ، بنتي دخلت ٣ شهور فرقت علي من ناحية الطلاقة باللغه الانقليزية وتعلمها للاحرف والارقام بشكل اكاديمي صحيح 💗، عسى الله يوفقنا واياكم ، ومشكورين على هذا الصرح التعليمي المتكامل 💗 …

معلمات الحضانة غير مؤهلات لتطبيق (تقنية التمايز!! وهو أمر بالغ الأهمية.. ((يحدث التدريس المتمايز عندما يخطط المعلم لدرس يضبط إما المحتوى الذي تتم مناقشته أو العملية المستخدمة للتعلم أو المنتج المتوقع من الطلاب *للتأكد من أن المتعلمين في نقاط بداية مختلفة يمكنهم تلقي التعليمات التي يحتاجونها للنمو والنجاح* .)) علاوة على ذلك، لا توجد إدارة لإرسال مخاوفنا أو شكاوينا حيث أن أحد المسؤولين ينقل مشاكلنا إلى الفريق المعني ولا يتعاون أو يقترح الحلول، بدلاً من ذلك قال الموظف المسؤول عن التواصل أنه يمكنك سحب الطفل إذا لم تفعل ذلك. عجبني الأمر بسبب مسائل بسيطة جدًا ورفض تحويلي إلى الإدارة للنظر في قضيتنا. وهذا ما جعلني أسحب طفلي وعانينا جميعاً بشدة.. أعتقد أنه لو قام المالك بتعيين موظفين مؤهلين للتعامل مع مثل هذه المشاكل يمكن أن يساعدنا في حل المشكلة؛ كنت سأغير النجوم بالتأكيد في تقييمي. السبب الوحيد الذي جعلني أوصل تعليقي هنا هو أنه لم يكن لدي أي وسيلة أخرى للتواصل مع الإدارة أو المالك وتمنيت حقاً أن يصل تعليقي إلي للنظر في الأمر، ولكن دون جدوى..
