Admission for first-grade students begins from the first day of the second semester of each year.
Students who have completed six calendar years on the first day of school are accepted, according to the official birth certificate.
The school principal may accept those whose age is less than six years by a period not exceeding ninety days.
The following required papers and documents must be submitted:
Student's population card.
A copy of the passport.
Birth certificate or a copy of it.
Complete vaccination certificate from an approved hospital or health center.
Two recent photos of the student, size (4×6) cm.
A green file containing identification papers.
Registration for students transferring to the school from other schools begins from March of each year, according to the following conditions:
The student must have passed the final result of the grade intended for registration, with all prescribed subjects at a rate of not less than "good" in each subject, and with a total of not less than a "good" grade.
To have good conduct and general behavior with a grade of not less than "very good" and after consulting with those related to their previous school.
Success in the admission test conducted by the school in the prescribed subjects (Arabic language, English language, and mathematics) with a score of not less than 70% in each subject tested.
If the student passes the interview and admission test with the above percentages, the student must bring his school file so that it contains all the necessary identification papers and complete previous school results.
The school apologizes for accepting any student who fails in one or more subjects in the admission exam, and the student can be given another opportunity if his result in one of these tests is between (50 - less than 70) and only once.
The acceptance and registration of students transferring to the school closes only two weeks after the start of the school year in the semester.
A student who fails to pass the second round exam will be asked to discontinue studies at the school for the new year.
A student whom the school discipline committee decides is not eligible to continue at the school will be asked to leave at the earliest possible opportunity.
If the student is lazy or not keen on memorizing the prescribed part of the Holy Quran, he will be asked at the end of the year to discontinue at the school.
If the student cheats in his monthly or semester exams, he will be warned the first time and warned the second time with the threat of expulsion from school, and if cheating occurs for the third time, he will be expelled from school at the end of the year, with the application of the examination regulations on the caught cheating case.

The school divides the tuition fees into 4 installments as follows:
Reservation advance: paid upon registration or re-registration.
First installment in September.
The second installment is due on the first of December.
The third installment is due on the first of March.
