First: New students in the first grade:

• Admission for first-grade students begins on the first day of the second semester of each year.

• Students who have completed six calendar years on the first day of the start of study are accepted, according to the official birth certificate.

• The school principal may accept students who are less than six years old by a period not exceeding ninety days.

• Required documents:

• Student's residential card

• Copy of passport

• Birth certificate or a copy of it

• Complete vaccination certificate from an approved hospital or health center

• Two recent photos of the student (4×6) cm

• Green file containing identification papers

Second: Students transferring to the school from other schools:

• Registration for students transferring to the school from other schools begins in March of each year, according to the following conditions:

• The student must have passed the final result of the grade intended for registration, and in all prescribed subjects with a grade of not less than good in each subject, and with a total of not less than good.

• To have good conduct and general behavior with a rating of not less than very good, after seeking information from those related to his previous school.

• Success in the admission test conducted by the school in the prescribed subjects (Arabic language, English language, and mathematics) with a score of not less than 70% in each subject tested.

• In case the student passes the interview and admission test with the above percentages, the student must bring his school file containing all necessary identification papers and complete previous school results.

• The school apologizes for accepting any student who fails in one or more subjects in the admission test, and the student can be given another chance if his result in one of these tests is between (50 - less than 70) and only once.

• The admission and registration of students transferring to the school closes after only two weeks from the beginning of attendance in the academic semester.

Third: Continuing studies at the school:

• A student who fails to pass the second round test is asked to discontinue studies at the school for the new year.

• A student whom the school discipline committee decides is not eligible to continue at the school is asked to leave at the earliest possible opportunity.

• In case of student laziness or lack of care in memorizing the prescribed part of the Holy Quran, he is asked to discontinue at the school at the end of the year.

• If a student cheats in his monthly or semester tests, he is warned the first time and warned the second time with the threat of expulsion from school, and if cheating occurs for the third time, he is expelled from school at the end of the year, with the application of the test regulations on the caught cheating case.

Tuition fees can be paid in more than one way such as:

• Direct payment at the school by visiting the accounts department.

• Electronic payment through the school's official website.

• The school divides the tuition fees into 4 installments as follows:

• Reservation advance: paid upon registration or re-registration.

• First installment in September.

• Second installment due on the first of December.

• Third installment due on the first of March.

• A program for memorizing the Holy Quran starting from the first grade at a rate of one part annually.

• A support program for Quran memorizers such as the Quran Table program that honors students who excel in memorization.
