الشروط والأحكام أتت كالتالي:

• يجب دفع القسط الأول للفصل الدراسي فوراً بعد التسجيل أو قبل 24 أغسطس، في بداية كل عام دراسي.

• يجب سداد رسوم الفصل الدراسي الثاني في أو قبل 24 نوفمبر.

• يجب سداد رسوم الفصل الدراسي الثالث في أو قبل 24 مارس.

• سيتم رفع الرسوم المدرسية بعد الحصول على موافقة وزارة التربية والتعليم.

• جميع المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد وغير قابلة للتحويل.

إجراءات القبول

يجب إكمال نموذج الطلب وإعادته إلى مكتب القبول، بالإضافة إلى رسوم الطلب غير القابلة للاسترداد، ونسخ من المستندات التالية:

• يقدم ولي الأمر ثلاث صور بحجم جواز السفر

• تقرير الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي للطالب والبطاقة الذكية (تارت الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي)

• جواز سفر الطالب

• تصريح إقامة الطالب (لغير البحرينيين فقط)

• شهادة ميلاد الطالب

• تقديم تطعيمات الطالب والسجل الطبي

• تقديم السيرة الذاتية للوالدين مع الشهادات

• تقديم فاتورة الكهرباء.

• (النسبة التراكمية للمدرسة الثانوية CPA بما في ذلك) التقارير المدرسية السابقة للسنوات الثلاث الماضية.

• تقديم شهادة حسن السيرة والسلوك من المدرسة السابقة.

• تقديم شهادة التخرج من المدرسة السابقة.

• خطاب معادلة من وزارة التربية والتعليم (للقادمين من خارج البحرين فقط)

التقييم والقبول:

• تُحدد مواعيد اختبارات القبول عند تقديم جميع المستندات المكتملة.

• سيتم إخطار أولياء الأمور بجدول الاختبارات عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة

• سيتم إخطار أولياء الأمور بنتيجة الاختبار بعد 10 أيام عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة.

• ننصح أولياء الأمور بإكمال التسجيل بتوقيع خطاب القبول ودفع رسوم التسجيل والكتب والرسوم الأخرى خلال أسبوع واحد من القبول.

•  يُعد عدم القيام بذلك رفضًا للقبول، وسيتم إلغاء عرض المقعد الدراسي.

• إن ملء نموذج الطلب لا يعني قبول المتقدم.
