The following conditions are required for admission and registration:
- The father's personal attendance to fill out and sign the enrollment application form and attach all required documents. This is exempted in case of the father's death with bringing a death certificate and guardianship ruling, and in case of divorce, bringing a court ruling for final custody to the mother or a ruling for educational guardianship.
- School admission requires the student to pass a personal interview and admission test in Arabic, English and Mathematics for students from the beginning of fifth grade and informing the guardian of the results.
- Upon student acceptance, registration and admission fees are paid, the special registration form is filled out, and registration fees and book fees are paid.
- It is necessary to provide a health certificate for each student from the health center affiliated with the wilayat, with attaching vaccination certificates for those in kindergarten stage.
- The school does not accept students with special needs and those who suffer from slow learning or mental disability or severe psychological problems as they need special educational needs care that the school does not provide.
- The student is prohibited from re-registration in case the guardian assaults an employee verbally or physically, whether orally or through social media.

• The last academic certificate obtained by the student in case of transfer from a school inside the Sultanate and certification of the certificate from the embassy to which the guardian belongs in case of transfer from outside the Sultanate.
