Students are accepted at Al Hasad Private School from the age of 3 years and 2 months, through bringing the following documents:
- 6 passport-sized photos of your child.
- Copy of birth certificate.
- Copy of your child's passport.
- Passport photo of the applicant's parents.
- Copy of residence visa for parents/sponsor and applicant.
- Copy of Omani personal ID card.
- Child's medical examination report - when needed.
Omani and expatriate students are accepted at the school after successfully passing admission exams and interviews.
A registration fee of 100 Omani Rials per child is paid to ensure acceptance.

Al Hasad Private School follows all security and safety standards for all students, through the following security procedures:
- Cleaning and sterilizing all school areas.
- The school visits the Traffic Police Institute, so that students learn about traffic signals and safety rules in a fun and useful way, in addition to teaching them how to be safe on the road, and encouraging them to respect laws from a young age.
- The school also provides healthy nutrition service, including one daily meal per student.
