Al Ibdaa International School was established in 2001, and is a private educational institution that offers a blend of the integrated American curriculum with the requirements of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. The school receives students from kindergarten to grade twelve, where it houses more than 1,000 students distributed across approximately 40 classes from all stages, and the school seeks to create a stimulating educational environment that considers academic excellence and value and cultural balance.

The school is keen to provide distinguished education by focusing on academic knowledge and skills, which enable graduates to think creatively and critically and learn for life, and the school works to prepare its students from all aspects and from a global perspective, to enable them to keep pace with the challenges of the age in a rapidly changing world with diverse cultures while preserving identity and cultural heritage.
