Available seats must be available for you to apply for your child, and the child must be within the age range determined by the kindergarten. After meeting these conditions, the child must be brought on registration day, along with the following documents:

- Copy of the child's birth certificate
- Copy of the mother's and father's personal identity cards
- Copy of the child's health card
