About the school

Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir began its journey in 1987 in the Mutrah area of Muscat Governorate, and it relied on English as the language of instruction for students. The school was named after its location in the Al Wadi Al Kabir area.

It obtained composite affiliation up to the tenth grade in December 1992, then was upgraded to higher secondary level in 1999. It is managed by an association from the business community in Muscat through the Administrative Committee of the Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir.

We provide an extremely high level of education that is broad in scope, yet specifically designed to meet the individual needs of the child. The academic environment at the school is purposeful, motivating, challenging, and safe. Children thrive, develop self-confidence, and most importantly, their needs and aspirations are met.
