The most important conditions that must be adhered to before registration:
- Registration is only done after reviewing all school registration details
- All required documents for student registration must be attached
- The guardian must register the student in the educational portal, and the administration follows up with them in explaining the registration process until completion
- The registration document and financial contract appendix must be signed
- The school has its specific schedules determined by the Ministry of Education for the start of the academic year, mid-term break, and end of academic year, so guardians are requested to adhere to these schedules
- Repeated absence by the student is not allowed, and the school does not bear any educational delay due to absence, except for medical cases
- The school is not qualified to receive students with special needs or mental or physical disabilities, and whoever proves to have such conditions without prior knowledge from the administration, the administration has the right to take necessary action
The institution allows student transfer between its branches in very limited and necessary cases, according to the following conditions:
1. The administration determines the necessity of the transfer process after considering the submitted justifications
2. The transfer period should not be less than one academic week
3. The area to which the student will be transferred must be within the school's transfer map
4. If there is no vacancy in the bus, the guardian must provide transportation during the student transfer period
5. Sudden transfer decisions are not accepted, and school administration must be notified at least one week before the transfer decision
To enroll in the school, all required documents must be brought as requested by the administration, including:
- Four personal photos of the child
- Copy of the child's passport
- Copy of the child's birth certificate
- Copy of the child's health card
- Copy of the father's personal ID
