• The student must have a report stating they have autism spectrum disorder from governmental or non-governmental entities (approved by the state).

• The student must have a diagnosis confirming mild intellectual disability.

• The student's health condition must allow them to benefit from school services and not pose a health risk to themselves or others (health file from the health center).
