<p>Please make sure to read the application process, basic requirements, and conditions before applying.</p><p>&nbsp;Once the application is successfully received, and according to seat availability, the applicant is called for an entrance test.</p><p>&nbsp;If the application is for primary or secondary education, the applicant will be tested in English and Mathematics.&nbsp;</p><p>If the admission test is passed successfully, the family will be informed and a school seat will be provided.&nbsp;</p><p>If the family decides to accept, they must pay the registration fees to confirm the student's seat reservation at the school.&nbsp;</p><p>The admission procedures are completed according to the school's policies and guidelines and in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar.</p><p>Step One - Submitting the application: The application form is filled out and sent with the required documents.&nbsp;</p><p>Step Two - Application review: The admissions team reviews and evaluates the applicant's data.&nbsp;</p><p>Step Three - Admission test: The student is called for an entrance test to assess their academic level.</p><p>&nbsp;Step Four - Seat availability: Confirmation of a study seat for the student based on results and capacity.</p><p>Online applications are preferred, as this allows for immediate file review and faster start of the application process.</p><p>&nbsp;Paper applications submitted in person at the school are also welcome for those who do not prefer electronic submission.</p><p>All non-Qatari children must have a valid residence permit in Qatar before starting school.</p><p>Determining the appropriate grade level for the student's age is a shared responsibility between the receiving school and the parent.</p><p>&nbsp;In exceptional cases where a student is accepted into a grade that does not match their age, the parent must sign a formal agreement with the school.</p><p>Parents wishing to enroll a child who has not previously studied in a school with a British curriculum should refer to the Ministry-approved grade equivalence table to determine the appropriate grade for their children.</p><p>Parents must also submit the end-of-previous-academic-year certificate to complete the registration process, and then enter the student's data in the records of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education through the official portal.</p><p>Parents must confirm that the student has passed the last grade in the Ministry's system to be accepted into the next grade.&nbsp;</p><p>If this cannot be confirmed, and it is later proven that the student did not pass, the school reserves the right to transfer the student to the appropriate grade based on their academic status.</p><div><div>Please note that documents must be uploaded with the application form or sent to the Admissions Office.</div><div>The documents are:</div><div>Copy of the student's birth certificate</div><div>Copy of the student's passport</div><div>Four (4) recent passport-sized photos</div><div>Copy of the student's personal ID (when available)</div><div>Copy of the student's sponsor's ID card</div><div>Letter from the sponsor's employer indicating the current position</div><div>Additionally:</div><div>Letter of recommendation from the student's current school</div><div>Transfer/departure certificate required for students transferring from schools within Qatar</div><div>Copy of health card required from kindergarten to first grade</div><div>Also required:</div><div>Childhood immunization records, required from kindergarten to second grade</div><div>Copy of any assessment reports concerning special educational needs (such as educational psychologist or speech and language therapy reports), if any</div><div>And submission of:</div><div>Copy of the student's latest school report</div><div>For students transferring from outside Qatar, the report must be certified according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education</div></div><div><br></div>
