The nursery administration provides educational care for children by welcoming them in the morning and playing the Holy Quran daily in the morning to be the first thing children hear.

Smurfs Nursery in Al Wakra, Qatar, offers multiple options for paying tuition fees to meet the needs of parents. Fees can be paid in advance before the third day of each semester, with a late fee of QAR 100 imposed in case of delay. In addition, there is an option to pay fees for each semester with a total amount of QAR 14,000, paid in advance at the beginning of each semester.

The nursery has been providing health care for children since its opening through contracting with a visiting doctor for periodic examination of nursery children monthly and provides health files for children.

It provides a nurse for daily follow-up of children and periodic examination of temperature, personal hygiene, hair and nail cleanliness, and monitoring children's growth on a daily basis under the supervision of the nursery director, and informing parents immediately of any health issues that may affect their children.

The nursery provides a first aid unit licensed by the Supreme Council of Health containing all necessary materials for first aid, from medicines and disinfectants to devices for measuring temperature, sugar, and blood pressure, and provides an oxygen tube for emergencies for asthma cases and a refrigerator for storing medicines.
