Registration requirements for admission at Abha National Schools:

First: Students admitted to first grade must meet the legal age requirement according to Ministry of Education instructions.

Second: The student's guardian must hold a valid, active residency permit.

Third: The student must pass the placement assessment test.

Fourth: Completion of the following official documents:

• Filling out the registration form.
• A copy of the student's passport.
• A copy of the guardian's passport.
• Original birth certificate for students in kindergarten and the first three grades (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), and a copy of the birth certificate for other students.
• A copy of the vaccination certificate.
• Original of the last two academic certificates, duly authenticated by their issuing authority.
• Financial clearance from the previous school for students transferring from within the Kingdom.
• Approval from the previous education department for students transferring from within the Kingdom.
• Four (4) personal photos of the student.
• A copy of a valid residency permit for expatriates.
• An employment verification letter from the guardian's workplace.
• A letter from the student's guardian explaining the reasons for enrolling the student in international schools.
• The school administration will obtain the necessary approvals from the education department for non-Saudi students.
• A copy of the family/civil status card for Saudi students.
• The guardian must bring the required approval from the education department for Saudi students.

Fifth: Students in the kindergarten and first-grade stages will not be admitted until all required papers and documents are completed and tuition fees are paid.

Sixth: Students in other grades will not be admitted until the required fees are paid (registration fee – tuition fees – transportation fees – other fees).

Note: The requirements listed above are set in accordance with the regulations and admission/registration conditions issued by the Ministry of Education. Certificates cannot be certified by the Ministry at the end of the academic year unless these requirements have been fully completed.

Abha International Schools offers flexible and secure payment options to meet parents' needs, including:

Yes, mixed-gender classes are applied only in the early stages, from KG1 through Grade 3, in accordance with approved regulations and guidelines.
