• Original and copy of student's passport and valid residency permit (Iqama)
• Original and copy of guardian's residency permit and passport
• Four passport-size photos

• Original employment letter from guardian's workplace

Admission Procedures:

• Placement Test: Mandatory for all applicants to determine their appropriate academic level
• Application Ranking: Priority for accepting applications is arranged according to the date of completion of all required documents

Conditions for Transferring Students from Other Schools:

From within the Kingdom:

• Original certificates and grade transcripts from the previous school
• Signed and stamped transfer certificate
• Ministry of Education approval if the previous school was international
• For students transferred from another city: Certificates must be signed and stamped by the Education Department in that city

From outside the Kingdom:

• Original certificates and grade transcripts translated and authenticated
• Signed and stamped transfer certificate from the educational authority in the country of origin
• Authentication from the Saudi Embassy or Consulate in that country
• Approval from the Saudi Ministry of Education for certificate equivalency
