The Department for Students with Disabilities at Al Eman Al Ahlia Schools was established in 1438H in accordance with standards suited to students' requirements and needs. The department provides its services according to approved educational vouchers, within classrooms designed for individualized learning that help bring out talents and foster personal development, leaving a positive impact on improving students' attitudes toward society.
The school follows a full inclusion system for all students in the department. It accepts cases of mild autism for students with average intelligence levels, in accordance with the school's license, as well as cases of learning difficulties provided that an approved report from a certified hospital, or an educational report confirming the student's learning difficulties, is submitted. The department does not accept cases of severe intellectual disability or hyperactivity. Students in the autism and learning difficulties sections only receive specialized individual sessions, at a rate of two sessions per week with specialists, after which the student returns to their classroom.
The services provided within the department are diverse, encompassing academic services using advanced teaching methods and well-structured developmental plans, skill-based services tailored to each student's educational needs delivered by qualified specialists, as well as social, psychological, and technical services using the latest tools to enhance students' self-confidence.
