Al Forsan International School established its first educational campus in Riyadh in 2013 to provide services to students from the kindergarten stage through secondary school, while committing to delivering an international education that ensures students maintain their language and culture. The school uses English as the medium of instruction and adopts the American curriculum based on Common Core standards (adopted in the United States) and Next Generation Science Standards (adopted for science). Graduates of Al Forsan International School receive an American Diploma that enables them to gain admission to the universities they aspire to, both within the Kingdom and abroad.

The admission and registration steps at Al Forsan International Schools are as follows:
- Online registration: reading the rules and regulations, agreeing to them, and entering the required information.
- Booking an appointment for the interview or test.
- Arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
- Receiving an email confirming that the student has passed the test or interview within two days.
- Paying the seat reservation fee at the Al Forsan International Complex administration.
- Seat reservation acceptance for Grade 2 and above requires bringing a financial clearance from the previous school and a copy of the most recent academic certificate.
- Submitting the student's file to the Al Forsan International Complex administration.

- A copy of the national ID (for Saudi nationals), or a copy of the residency ID of the guardian and student (for non-Saudis).
- A copy of the parents' or student's passport.
- A copy of the entry visa for the father, mother, and student (for non-Saudis).

1. Kindergarten Stage:
- The program aims to teach children to become responsible lifelong learners, while strengthening their Arabic language and Islamic culture.
- At this stage, students learn to participate and work with others in dynamic groups.

2. Elementary Stage:
Grades 1–3:
- Male and female students study together in the girls' complex at this stage.

- Arabic Language and Islamic Studies form a major part of the curriculum, in accordance with Ministry of Education standards.
- Arabic language lessons for non-native speakers are provided from Grade 1 onwards.
Grades 4–6:
- Core subjects include: English Language, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, taught in English.
- Arabic Language and Islamic Studies continue as core subjects in the curriculum.
- French language / additional Quran lessons are offered as an elective, alongside regular sessions in Physical Education, Computer Studies, and Art.
3. Middle School Stage:
- The program prepares students for a distinguished academic and professional future by offering advanced learning experiences.
- Subjects include: Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, History, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Physical Education, and Information Technology.
- Elective subjects are available that also count toward high school graduation credits.
4. High School Stage:
- In addition to core subjects, a variety of elective subjects are offered, such as: Language Arts, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, World History, and Business Studies.
- These subjects aim to help students gain admission to universities and colleges around the world.
- In Grade 10: students choose one of two tracks — the English Literature track or the Mathematics and Science track — and their schedule is determined based on the chosen track through Grade 12.
Boys and girls study together at Al Forsan International Schools in the girls' section from Kindergarten through Grade 3. Starting from Grade 4, boys transfer to their own separate complex.
